Finally, Play.
A workshop for adults who are ready to remember.
There is a version of you that existed before the job title, the responsibilities, and the very sensible habit of keeping everything together.
You already know this. Because you can remember, somewhere in your body, what it felt like before you stopped.
Simply Play is not a program designed to improve your metrics. It is an hour, or two, or three, in which the metrics are irrelevant and you are not.
What Simply Play is.
Sharon Dalari has been facilitating play-based group experiences for over ten years, drawing on her Honours degree in Psychology, training in Psychodramatic Bodywork, and direct work alongside some of Canada's most respected group facilitators and therapists. Simply Play is the result of that experience. Refined, purposeful, and quietly transformative.
But you won't feel the refinement. You'll just feel what happens when a room full of adults finally stops performing.
Each workshop is built entirely around your group. No two sessions are the same, because no two groups of human beings are the same. What stays constant is the intention: to create a space where people feel safe enough to be genuinely present, and free enough to be genuinely themselves.
What to expect.
A short opening conversation about what play means to each person, and what got in the way of it.
Warm-up activities designed to dissolve the self-consciousness most adults carry into any group setting.
A Vision Board of Play. A creative, tactile exercise that surfaces what joy and freedom actually look like for each individual.
A closing reflection on what shifted, and what each person is taking home.
What you'll leave with.
Not a certificate. Not an action plan.
A reconnection with the part of yourself that is most creative, most resilient, and most genuinely alive. The part that was never the problem. Just the part that got quieter and quieter until most people forgot it was still there.
It's still there.

A note from Sharon.
Simply Play has been running for over ten years. In that time I have watched rooms full of people who arrived convinced they were too sensible, too busy, or too grown-up for any of this, leave differently. Not fixed. Not transformed. Just a little more themselves than when they walked in.
That, it turns out, is enough to change quite a lot.
