I See Me.
I Hear Me.
I Feel Me.
I have spent my career at two addresses most people never connect: corporate towers and women's crisis shelters. The distance between those two buildings, in most cities, is about four miles. The distance between the patterns I observed in both of them was almost zero.
The same hiding. The same performance. The same hunger for one moment of genuine self-recognition that nobody in the building had the courage to offer.
I'm Sharon. And that moment is what I do.
Three ways to work together.
There are three ways to work with me, and the right one usually becomes obvious in the first five minutes of a conversation. A keynote for your organization. A group circle for your team. Or a workshop that gives people back something they stopped believing they were allowed to have.
If you're not sure which fits, that's exactly what the 20-minute call is for.

The work behind the work.
For over 20 years I worked inside the systems that build the patterns most people spend their lives trying to break. Corporate taught me how institutions shape identity. Women's crisis services taught me what it costs when that identity stops being yours.
Somewhere between those two worlds, I built a framework. Not in a research institution — in real rooms, with real people, at every level of life.
